Eligibility
This assessment is open to individuals who classify the pathogenicity of BRCA and HRR gene variants and provides assurance of their competency to achieve this accurately and in the most up-to-date manner.
This assessment is for individuals and is offered via the GenQA education platform GENie. For more information go to www.genqa.org/BRCA-HRR
All participants will receive the following:
Individual report summarising their classification,
Summary report to enable benchmarking against the expert predicted classifications and details of the evidence used,
Certificate of participation.

Testing/analysis: Classification of BRCA and HRR variants, including criteria (and evidence) used to obtain classification.
Please apply ACMG Variant Classification guidelines (Richards et al., 2015) in accordance with any gene specific recommendations for cancer susceptibility genes where these exist. This may include gene-specific guidance from CanVIG-UK and ClinGen Sequence Interpretation Working Groups.
