History

On 1st January 2018, CEQAS (Cytogenomic External Quality Assessment Service) and UK NEQAS for Molecular Genetics merged to become GenQA.  Both UK NEQAS for Cytogenetics/CEQAS and UK NEQAS for Molecular Genetics were members of UK NEQAS and accredited (since 2008 and 2001 respectively).  UK NEQAS for Cytogenetics/CEQAS and UK NEQAS for Molecular Genetics have provided EQA since 1982 and 1991.  This merger continues to protect our long history of expertise in the field, but now under one organisation - providing a seamless quality assurance service for genomics.

Participants can access their pre-2018 EQA data at https://genqa.org/pre-2018.
