GenQA at VEPTC 2026

GenQA is pleased to be participating in the 10th HUGO Variant Effect Prediction Training Course (VEPTC 2026).

Our colleague Angie Kolozi will be representing GenQA as part of the faculty and contributing to this year’s programme.

 

GENie: Supporting Variant Interpretation

As part of the programme, Angie will introduce GENie, GenQA’s platform supporting variant interpretation. The session will provide an opportunity to share insights into GENie and its role in supporting practical learning, knowledge exchange and best practice in variant interpretation.

 

VEPTC brings together experts and professionals from across the international variant interpretation community for four days of practical learning, discussion and collaboration.

We’re delighted to contribute to this international training course and look forward to connecting with colleagues working in variant interpretation and genomic medicine.
