GenQA Team Contributes to New ACGS Structural Variant Analysis Guidance

We are pleased to announce the publication of the ACGS guidance, "Guidance for the Analysis of Structural Variants from Whole Genome Sequencing Data."

 

We are particularly proud that GenQA team members Sandi Deans and Angie Kolozi contributed to the development of this important resource, which provides recommendations to support the analysis and interpretation of structural variants identified through whole genome sequencing.

 

This guidance represents a valuable reference for genomic laboratories and professionals working in clinical genomics, helping to promote best practice and consistency in structural variant analysis.
