New ACGS Framework for Oncogenicity Classification in Cancer Genomics

The Association for Clinical Genomic Science (ACGS) has published the approved Guidelines for the Classification of Oncogenicity of Somatic Variants in Cancer, along with comprehensive supplementary materials.

These resources provide a robust, standardised framework to support consistent and evidence-based interpretation of somatic variants in cancer genomics.
