Meet GenQA at the 16th International Symposium on Variants in the Genome
20th-23rd May 2026
Date: Wednesday 20th – Saturday 23rd May
Venue: The Irish College, Leuven, Belgium
GenQA is pleased to be attending the 16th International Symposium on Variants in the Genome (ISV), an international meeting focused on advances in genomic variation, interpretation, and clinical application. The symposium brings together researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals to share the latest developments in genomics and variant analysis.
If you are attending the event, we invite you to visit GenQA at Stand 11 to learn more about our services and how we support organisations working in the forefront of genomic testing. Our team will be available to discuss how GenQA can help strengthen quality assurance and performance in your laboratory.
We are also pleased to share that Prof Sandi Deans and Angie Kolozi will be giving a presentation on GENie: Supporting individuals classifying and reporting genomic variants, highlighting approaches to supporting professionals involved in variant interpretation and reporting.
Date: Thursday 21st May
Time: 15:15-15:45 (CEST)
In addition, Angie Kolozi will be presenting a poster on WGS/WES Proportionate Variant Analysis assessment using GENie, showcasing how GENie supports proportionate assessment approaches in whole genome and whole exome sequencing variant analysis. She will also deliver a flash talk on the same topic - don’t miss it!
Date: Thursday 21st May
Time: 17:20-17:25 CEST
We look forward to connecting with attendees, sharing insights, and discussing how we can support your work in this rapidly evolving field.
