EQA Updates

 

GenQA is pleased to announce that enrolment for our 2026 External Quality Assessments (EQAs) is now open. Explore our latest catalogue to find details of new EQAs, updates, and package discounts designed to support your laboratory’s quality assurance needs.

 

New EQAs launched in 2026

• Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes (2026HBMF)

• Inherited Cytopenias (2026GIC)

• Pharmacogenomics: UGT1A1 (2026PGXU)

• Genitourinary Tract Tumours (2026TGTT)

• Solid Tumour FISH (2026TSTF)

 

Updated EQAs for 2026

• Cholangiocarcinoma (2026TCC): now includes microsatellite instability.

• Germline Postnatal SNVs & Indels (2026VGI): classification-only submissions now accepted.

• Molecular Tumour Board for Solid Tumours (2026MMTB): expanded to FFPE tissue and plasma (cfDNA testing).

• RNA Splicing Variants (2026GRNA): optional exploratory RNAseq case added.

• Lymphoma (2026HYLYM): now includes Lymphoma Technical FISH.

Log in to your GenQA account to enrol in 2026 EQAs.
After enrolment, you can download a personalised summary of your schemes (including distribution dates and sample types) via:
Manage > Reports > EQA Enrolment Summary → Select 2026 → Apply Changes.
