GenQA is pleased to offer a free individual competency assessment in WGS/WES Proportionate Variant Analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals involved in Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) to demonstrate and strengthen their skills, in alignment with the ACGS position statement.

 

What the assessment includes:

• Interpretation and prioritisation of variants across six clinical case scenarios

• No additional analysis or report writing required

• Aligned with best practice guidelines in genomic data interpretation
